Garuda Wisata Tour established in 2023, Glory to God, officially launched on March 7th, 2024. Our office is located in North Morowali, Central Sulawesi Province. Our company focuses on tour organization with high service quality and competitive tour costs. The name of our company, Garuda Wisata Tour, reflects our commitment to providing strong and valuable experiences.
The Garuda bird symbolizes dynamic strength, courage, and freedom it represents the ability to surpass limits and explore the world with bravery and liberty. Like the Garuda bird soaring hight in the sky, we too can navigate the world with anthusiasm and the termination to conquer obstacles. Garuda also teaches us about wisdom in choosing its flight path, similarly, we need to be wise implanning and navigating our tour journey. Respecting the cultures and environtments we visit, and appreciating the experiences gained along the way.
We offer various package tours covering history, culture, wildlife, and local wisdom at reachable costs. Our tour department is supported by qualified staff and experienced tour guides with a minimum of 20 years escorting foreign guests to various destinations in Indonesia. Our multi-talented foreign language tour guides can assist in English, Dutch, German, French, and Spanish.
In each tour destination, we collaborate with recommended and experienced tour organizations based on our guiding activities from 1993 to 2023. While we may not promise perfection in our tour service, we are dedicated to doing our best. Safety is paramount in all our tour activities. We highly appreciate all advice and suggestions to continually improve our tour services.

Payment & Terms
How to book your tours
1. You are free to choose, request and discuss with us what type of tour destination you want to do.
2. We highly appreciate that all communication in English through to our one email address.
3. What include and not include in the tour price, we will explain via email after we know what type, how long and type of acomudation you request.
4. To avoid miscommunication in the long discuss concerning tour conditions, we suggest you contact us via email.
Method of payment
1. For the tour payment we only accept Euros(€), Dollars($) and Indonesia Rupiah (IDR). The payment only can be done through to our one bank account.
2. After we have agreement with tour cost, then the payment will be 50% from the total price, minimum three (3) months before arrival date. And the rest 50% will be done on arrival date.
Cancelation Fee
1. 30% of tour price from booking until 30 days before arrival date.
2. 50% of tour price between 30 days and 16 days before arrival date.
3. 75% of tour price between 15 days and of days before arrival date.
4. 100% between 6 day before arrival date and end of tour.
Warning Against Payment Outside Official Account
Please note, to facilitate the transaction process, we advise customers to make payments only to our bank account number at BRI Bank, with the account number 3418 - 01 - 001711 - 50 - 1, under the account holder's name: Meriba Suade. We will not be responsible for any loss of funds resulting from payments made outside this account.
